Prenatal Yoga Course
Ok mama, you found out you are pregnant and you want to maintain your yoga practice but are not really sure what you can and can not do now. You search on google, youtube and ask a friend and everything isn’t very clear. Ella is an experienced and trained yoga teacher in prenatal and postnatal yoga who has experienced prenatal yoga first hand in both of my pregnancies. In this course, I will teach you all the details you need to know on how to modify your practice. We will go through some yoga movements, breathwork and other yoga teachings to help create ease in your body and help with labor.
