Prenatal Core Workshop

Join us for a 90 minute workshop learning all about your core and core strength during pregnancy with Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Hannah Strom and Registered Yoga Instructor Ella Frances.
You will walk away with a greater understanding of:
- Yoga, core strength, and breathing exercises you CAN do when you are pregnant
- What your true core is and how it changes during pregnancy (FYI your core includes more than just your abs!)
- How to optimize your posture during pregnancy
- Strategies to prevent core weakness and improve outcomes in postpartum
- How to properly use your core in common daily activities and movements
This course is designed for anyone who is in their pre-pregnancy or pregnancy journey and looking to learn more about how to optimize their health and wellness. The intention of this workshop is to create empowerment for mamas through education.
