

The Golden Hour & Evolution of Feeding your Baby
The Lactation Class is a foundational breastfeeding class to empower you to navigate the Golden Hour with successful breastfeeding. This class is designed to equip you with confidence, knowledge and tools supporting lactation in the early days and beyond. Feeding your baby is a journey and we will teach you the evolution of breastfeeding over the first two years and what it could look like. This class is designed to be taken during pregnancy for both parents or includes a support person.
What you can expect:
- Connection with other expecting parents (birthing person & support partner)
- Interactive in person lecture to empower and prepare you on evidence based and physiological lactation education
- Q&A time with IBCLC Caitlin Bishop
- Self Study Homework, journaling exercises and additional reading material

Meet Ella
Ella is a mother, wellness expert and certified yoga teacher E-RYT 200 and RPYT. Her teachings lead and empower you to move your body and believe in yourself through life, pregnancy and motherhood with the power of yoga. She has made it easier than ever to start or maintain your home yoga practice with her membership based yoga platform, Ella Frances Yoga. She has three children and knows first hand how the yoga practice has transformed her life. When she is not on her yoga mat, you can find her cooking in her kitchen or folding mounds of laundry.

Meet Caitlin
Caitlin is a mother, masters educated Registered Nurse (MSN, RN), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is passionate about supporting families as they transition into parenthood, growing families, and all feeding journeys. She brings 9 years of neonatal nursing experience working with families during complex feeding journeys and medically complex infants while maintaining a passion for physiological care.
